I specialize in helping people change their lifestyles to obtain a healthy body through exercise. I incorporate a wide range of training techniques with an emphasis on injury prevention in order to avoid setbacks and plateaus. I am encouraging and patient in my process of finding out what training plan works best for you. My favorite thing about being a personal trainer is being a part of so many people's transformations that allow them to gain confidence, accomplish their goals, and have the energy to spend quality time with the ones they love.
I've been involved in fitness my whole life. I grew up playing lots of sports in San Carlos. In high school, I became a middle distance runner and went on to run at UC Berkeley. In my free time I like to go on hikes with my wife and daughter, train for Spartan races, and eat home-cooked meals.
