If our personal training packages sound awesome but you're worried about it being too expensive then find a friend to train with and share the costs!

OCR Bootcamp

Our OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) Bootcamp is a group class that focuses on high intensity cardiovascular exercise mixed with functional bodyweight exercises. This is the perfect class for you if you enjoy unconventional outdoor training, are training for an obstacle course race, or are just looking for a fun group to get fit with.



5 1-Hour Classes - $125 ($25/class)

10 1-Hour Classes - $220 ($22/class)

OCR Bootcamp

Online Training

Online training is a great option if you feel comfortable doing your workouts on your own but need a high quality training plan to guide you to your goals. You will have your whole fitness plan laid out on your own calendar, complete with video instruction of exercises, all tailored to your specific goals.
