Join us this Saturday at 9:15am PST on Zoom for a free total body circuit workout!


  • The workouts are 45 minutes long, including a warm-up to start and stretching to finish.

  • No equipment is required although a mat would probably make the floor exercises more comfortable.

  • All fitness levels are welcome! We give multiple progressions of each exercise so you can exercise at your appropriate intensity.
