With Online Fitness Coaching you get direct access to us through our app. We start with a video or phone consultation and assessment. We use the information from your consultation to build out a plan that is unique to you and your goals.
Our app has features like a shared calendar, video demos of exercises, in app messaging, progress tracking, and more. We also use software that allows us to give you clear feedback on your exercise technique when you send us recorded videos of your workouts.
With Online Fitness Coaching you get access to your customized plan in our app, monthly video or phone calls, unlimited in-app communication, and unlimited video submissions to have your exercise technique checked.
Online Fitness Coaching- $250/month
Connect with your friends, family, or corporate team with a group Zoom workout! We lead you through a 45-minute workout that requires no equipment and can be done at home. We give beginner, intermediate, and advanced progressions of each exercise so you can exercise at your appropriate intensity.
One event with 15 or fewer participants- $120
One event with 16-30 participants- $160
One event with over 30 participants- $200
Meet with us on a regular schedule every week for Zoom workouts. Using live video allows us to lead you entirely through your workouts while still watching and correcting your technique in real time. It’s the closest thing possible to having a personal trainer with you in person. This is how we train our clients who we used to meet in person before the coronavirus pandemic. Here’s how it works:
Schedule a free video or phone call. We’ll go over your goals, exercise history, past injuries, etc. We then give you details on how we would structure your fitness plan and answer any questions you have about what training online with us would be like.
We build out your complete training plan based on our conversation and assessments so that your plan is unique to you and your goals. Your plan includes any workouts you should be doing outside of your live video training sessions with us.
We meet on Zoom at your desired frequency to lead you through safe, effective workouts.
As your fitness progresses, so will your training. Your plan evolves as you become fitter, stronger, and healthier.
