With online training, you get a customized training plan that is designed to fit your unique wants and needs. This is not a cookie cutter program! I create your training plan after we’ve had a conversations about your goals, current fitness level, time commitment, and lots of other factors. You will have access to my app that includes a calendar laying out your whole plan, video demonstrations of exercises, progress tracking, and more. You will also have unlimited communication with me about your training plan, workouts, exercises, etc.
