Intense Exercise Is Good For The Brain

I train people for a variety of fitness goals. I encourage hard work and perseverance to reach these goals. I DO NOT sacrifice health or quality of life to reach goals.
There are no shortcuts!
I'm all about putting in the work- The work to get the most out of your training, to learn the best foods to eat, to take control of your stress, and to learn how to treat your body well so it can recover.
Hard work is only useful if it has direction. Doing 300 crunches a day is hard work... but it will not help you lose your belly fat. My most successful clients are the ones who are willing to put in the work. They put in the work and I provide the direction.
I hope this blog will give YOU direction with your training efforts.
