NICK PALLADINO

Owner/Personal Trainer

My name is Nick. I love my family, fitness, and helping other people achieve their health and fitness dreams. I specialize in helping people with busy schedules make the most of their workout time, so they can reach their full fitness potential. I have 3 girls under the age of 6 and run my own business, so I understand the struggle of finding the time to exercise and knowing how to optimize that time.

I've been involved in fitness my whole life. I grew up playing lots of sports in the San Francisco Bay Area. In high school, I became a middle distance runner and went on to run at UC Berkeley. I enjoy staying fit so I can be strong, move well, have the energy to spend time with my family, and run a Spartan Race here and there.

Ben Rubin

Personal Trainer

I have been NASM certified personal trainer for almost a decade with specializations in corrective exercises, working with seniors, and training new or expecting mothers. I have a strong background in martial arts, weightlifting, and injury rehab. If you struggle with back, knee, or shoulder pain in your workouts or daily activities let’s talk about where it hurts. I bet I can help. My practice is guided by my passion for healing movements and for the science of the human body.

My passion for healing movements started with my own struggle with back pain. Black Friday 2017 I was struck near head on by a truck. I was left barely able to walk and on a cane. My own path to recovery was hard, but immeasurably worth it.

I also hold degrees from USF in history and UCSF/UC Hastings in health policy and law. I’m a high energy goofball that can be found with my head in a book when I’m not working out. I love all dogs, good food, and anything on two wheels.

Jason Jones

Personal Trainer

Hi my name is Jason and I have been involved in athletics my entire life. As a kid I grew up playing baseball, basketball and soccer. I played baseball in college where long practice days and grueling workouts were the everyday norm. Having coaching, accountability and consistency led me to be in the best physical shape of my life.

I wanted to supplement my workouts with knowledge about the human body so I studied Kinesiology along with some Holistic Health classes in college. My studies led me to believe that a strong mind-body connection based on physical activity, mental stimulation and diet leads people to overall health, longevity and happiness.

Combined with my knowledge of the human body, my outgoing personality and passion for helping others will help you transform yourself into the best version of yourself you can possibly be.

Qualifications

  • BS Kinesiology San Francisco State University

  • College Baseball Player

  • CPR/AED adolescent & adult certified
