NICK PALLADINO

Owner/Personal Trainer

My name is Nick. I love my family, fitness, and helping other people achieve their health and fitness dreams. I specialize in helping people with busy schedules make the most of their workout time, so they can reach their full fitness potential. I have 3 girls under the age of 6 and run my own business, so I understand the struggle of finding the time to exercise and knowing how to optimize that time. 


I've been involved in fitness my whole life. I grew up playing lots of sports in the San Francisco Bay Area. In high school, I became a middle distance runner and went on to run at UC Berkeley. I enjoy staying fit so I can be strong, move well, have the energy to spend time with my family, and run a Spartan Race here and there.

 

Qualifications

  • National Council on Strength and Fitness Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF-CPT)

  • 8 years experience as a certified personal trainer

  • CPR/AED certified

  • NCAA Division I Athlete

KYLE ARBUES

Personal Trainer

Hi there, I'm Kyle. For my entire life I've been passionate about listening, helping, and encouraging others to follow their dreams and be the best versions of themselves. I've tried to work on being a better version of myself as well, and I understand there are peaks and valleys to that cycle- always. Sometimes life makes keeping certain priorities difficult, and that's where I can help you stay on track with your fitness goals.


Since I was a little kid, I've been on one team or another. I started with swim lessons k-8, baseball k-8, basketball k-8, resistance training on my own starting in 7th grade, then in high school  it was swim team, water polo, and both a sprinter and thrower in track and field. After high school I continued with swimming, mountain biking, running, resistance training (p90x 1, 2, and 3 graduate), yoga and Pilates. Because my mother was a nurse, I was also raised with a heightened awareness of nutrition and eating for good health. I'm a firm believer that the mind and body are connected, and the healthier one is, the healthier the other will be in return. I have the same level of passion for mental health as I do physical, and that's why I went into psychology in college. 


Qualifications

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT)

  • CPR/AED/adolescent & adult first aid certified

  • BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University
